The GRI Certification marked my completion of at least ninety hours of specialized real estate related courses, my membership in the National Association of Realtors, and a proven superior level of professional service. In addition, I have learned the fundamentals of brokerage and other areas of real estate specialization. With this designation and through increased awareness of current topics important to real estate professionals, such as legal issues, I can better serve prospective clients and customers.
CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST
Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 Realtors nationwide have earned the credential. The ABR Designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. SENIOR REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST
