“To give real service you must add something which is not bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity"
~ Douglas Adams ~
OK, this is awkward. Boasting about my accolades makes me a little uncomfortable. If it annoys you too then scroll down this page to the bottom to see the useless facts about me, they are way more interesting!
I want every client to feel a level of customer service that encompasses a relationship of trust, knowledge, and sincerity so they can feel good about the decisions they are making for their financial future.
I have developed a successful real estate career by combining my degrees of Business Marketing and Interior Design. Before real estate I worked with leaders in the marketing world like McDonald’s Restaurant Corporation that taught me innovative and fun ways to capture a target audience. Utilizing these skills is how I reach and entice the largest pool of buyers in real estate. I strive to give the best customer service my clients. Providing them with an unsurpassed level of a specialized market analysis to help make an informed and confident decision whether they are buying or selling a home.
My clients sometimes tell me I am a terrible sales person because I talk them out of buying a home. I consider myself a lifetime agent, which means I take care of my clients for life. If a client is emotionally buying and not considering all the pros and cons, I make sure they understand there could be repercussions. For example, when they call me to sell their property in 5-10 years and the home backs up to a busy road they will be mad at me when I tell them how long or how much less the property could sell for. I want to protect my clients financial interest and that means being honest and direct, not just trying to make a sale.
AWARDS & ACHIEVEMENT I am ranked in the top 1% of over 8000 agents in the state of Indiana. In 2019, I was awarded the Top 10 Best Real Estate agents for client satisfaction (not for highest volume, "Not trying to be the biggest, just the best"). My team was interviewed and featured on the cover of Top Producer magazine, the official magazine of the National Association of Realtors. We have been recognized for our consistent top ranking performance and philanthropic endeavors. See more on my Philanthropic Support page to learn about the charities we support.
Throughout my career, I have earned many awards and real estate designations such as CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I continue to educate myself because the market is always changing. I stay on the cutting edge of how to target and find buyers so you can get the most money for your home in the quickest amount of time.
HEART & HOME I am originally an Italian girl from New York who landed in the beautiful and quaint small German town of Jasper, IN. Moving to downtown Indianapolis I earned my degrees at IUPUI while working full time in retail to pay for college. Once graduating I took my first corporate job on the North side of Indianapolis and never left. I have established a love for this friendly like no other mid-western state. When I’m not helping my clients, I love cooking, watching movies, playing tennis, and enjoying time with my husband Scott, a Marine Corps Colonel, and our three children Sophia, Brenna & Graden.

I grew up being driven around in my mom’s Mary Kay pink car. She instilled in me the fatal need to wear sunscreen.
My kids are basically Vitamin D deficient because I am a sunscreen Nazi. I have been known to cover my kids’ entire face with a chap-stick that had SPF 15 because I forgot sunscreen.
Pet peeves – poor customer service, unkind people, and peanut butter mixed in my jelly jar…”Use a separate spoon people.”
I played first chair French Horn (BTW there was only one French Horn player in the band).
I used to be a flight attendant when it was fun to fly, and you didn’t have to be strip-searched.

I have a terrible sweet tooth and often will pick a restaurant based off of how good the dessert menu is.
I don’t like my food on my plate to touch. True story…don’t tell my kids!
My son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 7 and is the toughest most resilient kid I know! So please don’t judge if I smell like insulin and count all the carbohydrates you are eating.
